Accolades for your facilitators:

“In October 2009 I was diagnosed with cancer.  I have had four phone consultations with Dr. Susan Silberstein.…  She was compassionate, caring and extremely knowledgeable.  She taught me how to eat correctly to build up my immune system….  We talked about stress and attitude and exercises and supplements.  She had many referrals to share….  She has been like an angel sent from heaven, come to my rescue.  My thanks and gratitude are immeasurable.”
– Kay W, cancer survivor

“Helayne is a brilliant educator…she manages to distill the most complex down to digestible and applicable form. The manner in which she conveys and communicates material is elegantly simple despite the ornate complexity. I would recommend Helayne for any nutrition educational context. You will leave each session with great knowledge and the ability to look at information critically – something all science-based fields take for granted. Best of the best here, what more can I say?”
